This was my third visit to Bright White Dental. Wonderful service. The staff is very pleasant and courteous, smiling and welcoming despite it being the end of the day. Alyssa at the front desk knew me by name even though it’s been awhile since my last visit. Dr. Rafailov truly knows what he is doing. He was very careful when performing the extraction, but also personable and funny, which took my mind off things. His assistant was very lovely and kind. I forget her name, but she really helped me relax throughout the process. I will definitely keep coming back.

I had an excellent experience at this dental office. From the moment I walked in, the staff was welcoming, professional, and very organized. The front desk made the check-in process smooth and easy, and they were very helpful with scheduling and answering my questions. The dentist was extremely knowledgeable, patient, and attentive. Jessica took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure I felt comfortable during the entire visit. I really appreciated how gentle and careful she was, especially since I was nervous about my tooth pain. The entire team works together so efficiently and truly cares about their patients.

This was my first experience with procedures like root canal and crowns. I was always worried about the pain of the procedure. And then I came here. I forgot all my fears. I was greeted very friendly literally from the front door. I received service as quickly as possible. The doctor and I discussed the treatment plan. Everything went perfectly throughout! Exceptional professionals work here! I was even sad when they told me it was the last day of treatment for now. Very friendly staff! Very knowledgeable and professional staff! I will recommend you to everyone! Thank you so much!!!
